Thank You For Your Order!

Remember that Park Reservations are required for entry on all days of your ticket. You can check online to see availability.

Your order has been processed and the email you received contains your ticket confirmation code. Here are the next steps you need to take as well as some FAQ’s you might have.

Ticket Confirmation Code

  1. Your ticket confirmation code should be linked online through your Disneyworld.com account here. Once logged in scroll down until you see a Park Tickets icon. Hover your mouse over this and then click “link tickets.” Enter your ticket confirmation code here.

  2. Your confirmation code contains all your tickets. During the linking process you will assign each ticket to a guest on your account.

  3. Once linked your can start to make your Park Pass Reservations and when applicable, FastPass+ plans.

Shipping and Will Call

You selected one of these options upon check out. Here’s what you can expect:

  1. Shipped tickets can take 7-10 days to receive. They will arrive in a plain white envelope. If you have MagicBands and have linked your tickets, you technically don’t need your physical tickets. We always suggest bringing them anyway.

  2. Will Call tickets can be picked up at any Disney World Box Office location (park entrances) or Guest Relations. You’ll need your ticket confirmation code and photo ID. If you have MagicBands and link your tickets, you can skip Will Call and head straight into the parks.

Memory Maker

If you purchased Memory Maker with your order you should also have received a confirmation code in your email. Log-in to your Disneyworld.com account and link it.

Places To Stay

We highly recommend you take a look at staying in a Walt Disney World Resort Villa. They are very affordable and offer the best amenities including full kitchens, dining rooms, laundry, multiple bedrooms and more. Plus they are on property and offer everything a resort hotel room does.

Some FAQ’s You May Have

  1. Can I cancel my tickets? For 2020 tickets, we are allowing cancellations for full refunds. For tickets beyond 2020, there is no cancellation unless our optional insurance was purchased as check-out. To cancel, please submit an email request to info@boardwalkticketing.com. See the next section for other options.

  2. Can I change my tickets dates? Yes. This is a great option if your trip needs to change or be moved for any reason. You can change the dates yourself by logging into your Disneyworld.com account. Scroll down the page until you see “My Plans, Reservations and Tickets.” Under this section there are two tabs, one says “Tickets & Memory Maker.” It’s here that you can modify your tickets dates. There are no fees to change your tickets to new dates but your new dates may cost more as all tickets are date-based pricing.

  3. Can I add days to my tickets? Yes. You can add days and options to your tickets by following the same instructions in part 2 of this section.

  4. Do you guys offer any special discounts for my vacation? We should have just saved you a ton of money on your tickets! But yes, we do have a few extra things you can take a look at here.
